• Clock has a brass French 8 day striking movement
• Movement has been cleaned and oiled and is in full working order
• Clock has anchor escapement 
• This clock is Victorian Circa 1895
• This is a striking clock and strikes the half and counts the hour on a soft sounding coiled gong
• Movement will run for approximately 8 days when fully wound. It has a good action and the clock keeps good time
• Clock comes with winding key and adjustable bob pendulum
• The slate dial features slate chaptering with flower center ring with gold  Roman numerals and steel cut hands.
• Clock measures approximately 26.5cm high by 34cm wide and 15cm deep which is around 10 inches tall
